The estate has a total superficie of 11,5 ha. It is near to the national road 10 (on the coastline) and about 12 km away from La Pedrera in direction to Cabo Polonio.
Both of the two houses a nearly new (one year old). They are connected to electricity and water-supply services.
The main house was built in a modern, minimal style and has a constructed area of about 170 m². 4 bedrooms (3 as suite) and 3 bathrooms. A living room (60 m²) with an integrated kitchen, which is separeted from the living with a big bar.
The house is equipped with ordinary but good furniture.
The three bathrooms count of bathtubs and big windows in order to enjoy the view.
In the back and in the front of the house there are wooden verandas.
Barbecue place.
A small house for employees with a living, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. There is also a small storage.
On the farm there is a small lake.
From the house you can see the ocean and the beach is only 400 meters away.
